The best question I've gotten all year on the Nursing Forum! Answer: some girls can do it, some can't, it just comes naturally with cumming!

Drinking water has nothing to do with this. When a woman has an orgasm, she feels the urge to pee and that will lead to an orgasm. So, what I'm saying is this.....

When you feel that urge to pee, just keep going and don't stop the feeling. When YOU feel that urge that you about to pee during sex (meaning you can't hold back the pee), IMMEDIATELY tell your boyfriend to pull out so he visually see your orgasm because pee like fluid (which is really your come) will shoot out your vagina.

You got that???

Actually drinking water has a lot to do with it, you want to be very hydrated when you want to squirt and it’s good to go to the bathroom before you start intercourses so you know for sure you’re having a squirting orgasm instead of thinking you’re peeing on your partner.

You cannot force a squirt. But a squirt would come after you feel the urge to pee during sex. Once you feel that urge, don't hold it back, just keep letting feeling happen.

Also, most women do not squirt from sex.
