how do you get more ejaculate?

I'm 60 years old and in fairly good health. My question is why the amount of ejaculate that I have is so small, and how do I fix that? When I ejaculate, it is only a few drops, maybe only a third of a teaspoon. Everything else feels the same and functions the same, but the amount is very small. I used to be able to fill up a tabespoon almost. Is there something out there (that is not a scam!) that can actually increase your volume? The only thing that I can attribute to this problem is that I had a hernia operation on my lower left side near my testicales, and maybe during the surgury they damaged something, or closed something. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can do this by masturbation, having your wife give you oral sex, or by actual intercourse. Pleasure yourself as long as you can, until JUST BEFORE YOU EJACULATE, THEN STOP, and let your erection subside. Do this once or twice before you want to ejaculate...can be over a period of a few hours too. This will increase the volume of your ejaculate. YES, Flomax seriously reduces the amount of ejaculate (to almost zero, in my case). Skipping one day will cause much more come on the following day (check with DR. first).

I am 65 and have had the same occurence for about 4 years but I decided it was not important. I am not attempting to impregnate my wife (smile) so the amount of semen/ejaculate does not concern me. Moreover, as long as my wife is happy and I feel good about my sexual performance its all good. Don't worry about it, or go see a urologist. I did read that use of drugs like Flomax for urinary issues will often decrease semen amount.

Good Luck,

could be the surgery, or it could be the aging process..I'm nearing 60 and notice that the volume isn't what it used to be nor not as, er..."explosive" as it used to be.  I've never measured the amount, however.
