how should I quit masturbating addiction?

Hi, Im a 19 years old girl.
I've become addicted to masturbating since I was 15 and I really have to quit I've been able to avoid it for a week but again it comes back and I just keep doing it. I have pain in my stomach and legs and I have become so forgetful recently which I think Its the effect of excessive masturbating.
it really bothers me when i do it I dont even enjoy it anymore and it has become painful, Im really worried and hoping that an expert could help me quit cause I cant do it on my own.
I cant keep my mind busy not to do it when it comes to my mind I just cant concentrate on anything before doing it. i dont do it when am around people or when am in a relationship but i dont think its a solution i need to be able to control myself when am alone...
im looking forward to any help :)

i would suggest , keep busy , if you feel like doing it maybe go for a walk to some exercise , even voluntary work.
good luck.

Divert your mind by concentrating on your breathing.Learn abdominal breathing.. Do it regularly. This simple technique will help you to calm your sexual urge.Google microcosmic orbit. By this technique you will convert your sexual urge to mental energy.
Your worries about masturbation are more harmful than the act. Some time you can do masturbation in a proper way. Do it with lubricated hand.Do not stop breathing.Relax your perineum.Empty your bladder before the act.Take regular meals,do some exercise in short you should start healthy live style. Be cheerful and do not worry about masturbation. This is applicable to male and female.
