If you are taking some type of medication for the pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome) that could be the culprit. You may need to take your medication late at night after you have already been sexually active, or you may want to talk to your doctor about changing what you are on. It is not impossible to have an orgasm while on these medications, it just takes a little more work. This would be a great time for you to try new things.
