i feel like i have to dress like a girl and what can i do to avoid that ?

iam a guy of age 25 and from the age of 15 i started dressing like a girl without anybody knowing it. everytime i dressup i masterbate. i just wanted to dress like a girl for maybe three hours a day and not more than that bcoz iam more comfortable in my male gender except for those three hours. the problem now iam now facing is iam doing a master's engg degree in a prestigious institution and i want to concentrate on my studies which i couldnt due to my frequent dress-up which leads to masterbation. i never have revealed this problem to anyone and this compounds my problem.

so help me so that i can avoid cross dressing and also to stop masterbation which makes me so tired and fatigue with loss of energy. is this possible thru medication or should i goto a counselling sessions with a doctor.
