Thank you guys. I am not on birth control and I have been eatting healthy and sleeping well. I dnt have health insurance so ill make an appointment when I get the money
There are many reasons why the sex drive gets less or stops.
These may be:
Stress; anxiety; depression; worry; medications that you take prescription ones or otherwise; lack of sleep; losing that spark with your partner; feeling and being ill; blood disorders like anaemia, hormonal disorders; thyroid problems; having diabetes.
Take a look at your life style and see if you can make some changes, take up relaxation, get well rested and eat a healthy and well balanced diet with plenty of non alcoholic drink.
Also make an appointment with your doctor to see if it is to do with any medications that you are taking, and to check our your hormone levels and your general health.
Best wishes.
Are you on any form of birth control? I'm asking because some birth control can effect your sex drive. If this is not the case I recommend you see your gynecologist to have your hormones checked.
