i am 24 years old masturbatind for last 7 years now i think i am impotent but not confimed .plz help me and suggest me exercises and medicine .also tell me way to check whether i am impotent or not

a google search for "impotence erection" gives the following result

"Erectile dysfunction, sometimes called "impotence," is the repeated inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse"

so his problem may be with keeping an erection rather than getting one in the first place

Masturbation does not cause impotency unless you are into hurting yousrelf and then you can cause nerve and tissue damage.

Why do you think you are impotent? How many sexual experiences has it interefered with? Exercizes won't help when you don't know the cause.
