You might be having a problem with your birth control pills. It's not that uncommon to have to try more then one because of breakthrough bleeding and other problems.
If you're having itching this could be an infection. Can you get in to see your Dr? They will check for an infection and you can also tell them about the bleeding. Do keep taking your pills as usual until you see your Dr. If you stop them right now you could get pregnant.

If you have inflammation that could mean a urinary track infection if they did a urine test. Does it burn when you urinate?
Your symptoms do sound like a possible yeast infection. Are there any drug stores where you live? If so, you can buy an over the counter medication for a yeast infection. If you do not have this and still use the medication it will not hurt you.
I'm so sorry you're going through this and not getting any answers. If I were you I would go ahead and try to make an appointment. Maybe you just might be able to see a Dr soon.
