I have to agree with littleefoottt...I have actually spoken with my Dr in regards to how to prove I had not had sex when my parents suspected I was sexually active(i was a quiet loner and only 13 y/o). I was examined and he told me my hymen was still intact. 2 weeks later I had an accident on my bike and was rushed to emergency. My hymen was torn and it had nothing to do with me being sexually active, it was because of how i fell on my bike. Also later on it worried me and began to make me question how it is that the hymen torn...my Dr began telling me numerous ways it can be broken that DID NOT include sex such as sports, wearing tampons, and even with masturbation, so is you have had any sort of accident involving your lower region then your hymen may no longer be intact.

I dont agree ^^ Because i know that your Hymen can become unintacted if you get hit in the pelvic bone or something along those terms. if you have started your period you would never know that your hymen isnt intact and sometimes girls bleed during sex so i dont think that is true at all

If your hymen is still intact, that's only in regards to vaginal sex though.

Really the only way to show for sure you haven't had sex is that you're inexperience. Your partner will know and that's really all that matters. No matter how complete your sex education, it's pretty obvious how much experience you have once you in the bed.

If you are female some might judge your virginity by checking for a hymen, which will break during sex. However, it can also break through tampon use, masturbation, injury, bike riding, and horse riding (among possible other things). So judging via the hymen being intact is not a fool proof method. Unfortunately, even if you have the hymen intact the only way you will know is if you break it or a gynecologist/dr sees it and breaks it.

Another way I can see happening (for a female) is to judge your virginity by the size of your vaginal cavity. Again this really isn't fool proof as every woman is different and some women naturally have a larger cavity that others.

If it's vital for you to prove you are a virgin I would suggest trying to talk to a gynecologist or an elder trusted female in your society. Perhaps a doctor can write you a not to say that you are definitely without any sexual penetration. Or a mother, grandmother, etc will help you figure out what to do.
