is masturbation is harmful and affect marriage life /with partner?

hi i am vicky from delhi 28 years old..

i do masturbation regularly from last 10 years and so.. and even 3-4 times in day i do everyday please help, advise is it harmful or will it affect marrige and with partner or not?

Try taking L- Arginine and/or yohimbi.  Both are good for getting the viens dialiated and getting/ keeping you hard when you want.  I'll take 1 or 2 of each (as directed) and go until we are satisified.  And this yes after I have masterbated before she gets home from work.

hi im olso married im 53 and masturbate daily my wife is unaware of this i look at girls on the internet. i now have problems having sex with my wife i cannot get hard but i cannot stop looking at porn i get hard looking at girls. it has effected our relationship she is highly sexed she likes sex from behind but i cannot get hard enough to push my penis in.

I think masturbation is only harmful to a marriage if you find yourself wanting to masturbate more than being with your partner. Do they know how much you do it and do they have a problem with it? Some couples mutual maturbation part of their foreplay.

But if no one has a problem with it I wouldn't worry about it unless you think you're doing it too much
