lack of lubrication

I have been having a problem , i'm not lubricating well, i have try foreplay but it dont seem to work like it should. I'm really worry about this, What can i do? i have try the KY jelly but my hubby dont want that he want me to lubricated more.Can you help me please...

There's a good chance that it's your birth control pill. I had a problem after I had my son two years ago, but come to find out, it was the pill. I stopped taking it last November and things are back to normal. I agree with you though about the lube thing...I hate using it. I don't care what kind you use or how expensive it is, it doesn't feel the same and you're a big sloppy mess afterwards.

You'll go back to normal when you go off of the pill one day...

I'm affraid that your husband may not have a say in the matter. Some women just do not self lubricate the same as others would. That is the reason they came up with lubricants such as KY.

I have been experiencing the same problem for a few months now. It seems that even when I feel aroused and into having sex, I can't get naturally lubricated. I visited my doctor and she told me it is probably because of the birth control pill I am on.
She told me to take Soy Lecithin supplements - that they will aid is "lubing me up".

I started taking them a few days ago and haven't noticed any results yet.
