Hi D, Look just had a look at your new post, its the same as your old one? I gave you some good advice, that would put you on a planned 8 week break from all masturbating and sexual contact, this is it, you body needs this break, you just cant keep abusing your body, this will give it a chance to heal, after the 8 weeks then see how your p***s fills, and if there is still signs of numbness but less than it was then its been working and give it 4 more weeks the same as above, its best if when you get there then come back to me and then tell me how your doing.
Good Luck

Friction on your penis head will naturally cause the glans to loose sensitivity.  If you are circumcised use lube to protect the glans.  If you are uncircumcised I would suggest seeing a doctor.

Do not stoop breathing.
Relax your perineum.

Do not over visualize sexual scenario.
Do not hurry.Keep enough time for this act.

I'm really not sure what's going on. You should try to always use some kind of lubricant to see if that helps. If this keeps up you need to see your Dr to find out what's going on.
