mark/lump on penis - please help

hi, 2 photos attached which hopefully provide you with an idea of the issue.

About 1 week ago a noticed this mark on my penis and havent been sure what to do about it. I cant really find any info online which related or looks directly like it so thought i would seek advise before going to the doctor.

The mark doesnt hurt and pink in colour. It is slightly raised and looks like a sore or something.

I have had unprotected sex in the last 4weeks so i dont know if it is related.

Not sure what else to add, if anyone can help that would be great.

It looks like it might be a syphillis chancre to me.  They form about 21 days after unprotected sexual contact and don't hurt.

You might want to get checked out.  It will fade by itself,  probably,  and that will be the only symptom you'll have for awhile if it is syphillis.
