Masturbation is normal and harmless habit. worrying about it does more harm than the act. reduce masturbation.Use lubricated hand. do not stop breathing whee masturbating. When excited do deep and slow abdominal breathing. you may circulate awareness/sexual urge around microcosmic orbit.(Google to knew) the details..... More suggestions are given in today's messages.Visit website of pegym to get some suggestions.

When I volunteered with Head Start, I was amazed at how many 3-5 yr old kids masturbate. Nap time was a frenzy of half asleep kids touching themselves. So, part of it is natural, but negative effects could be caused by missing intimacy issues from early childhood or it could be addiction. Climax is much like a heroin rush, endorphins flood the brain. I would suggest talking to an addiction counselor to sort this out. Addiction is addiction, The solution is the same for all. Though Sex Addicts Anonymous can be weird. An AA friend kept trying to get me to go, but didn't feel the need. Good luck.
