I have been masterbating (masturbating) for most of my life (I am now 62) and really enjoy it. I am married but find I need to satisfy myself as my wife does not want to have sex as much as I do. Our sex life is good but I find I need to do it more often, sometimes every second day. The problem is that I feel teribly guilty about it as my wife does not know I masterbate.
I will never go with another woman as that goes against all that I believe in the sanctity of marriage.
Should I stop this habit or should I just carry on and keep it my secret?
