I've been nervous about it too and been doing some research on it for some time now. From what i have found on many websites that agree is that it may cause vision problems, lack of concentration, memory loss, fatigue, and others that are due to high levels of sex hormones in the body. They adviced that you take maybe a few months from masturbating and that if they persist, masturbation isn't the problem and you go to the doctor for it. All in all, its good, just don't over do it. Average i think is like 2-3 times per week.

Masturbation will make you lose erectile function. Excessive sex will bring about a host of issues related to loss of virility.
