Masturbation is a natural habit if it is done in  limit and in a better way. Follow these simple tips. Lubricate your hand, do not stop breathing, keep your perineum relaxed, do not watch porno , lay down on your back and not on stomach, empty your bladder before you masturbate.

Hi,

Masturbation is perfectly normal and healthy for both women and men.  A few ways masturbation can be helpful are: increasing blood flow in the body, also stimulates nerve endings, and helps release a natural brain chemical called Endorphins ( which makes you feel good). The only time you would need to be concerned is if masturbation became an obsessive habit/addiction (keeping you from leading a healthy lifestyle), or if you were causing injury to yourself during masturbation... If you feel as though you have an addiction to masturbation, you should consider speaking with a doctor or health care professional about your concerns...
One more suggestion; to avoid coming in contact with unhealthy bacteria, make sure to always properly clean any sex toys prior to use.
