In simple ways you should keep yourself busy with friends and should do other works ....and you are getting addicted to it if you don't stop it early it would give you server wet dreams and it is very shameful when you suffer from it....you can even lose interest in sex..and masturbation will lose its pleasure slowly and you would hate yourself I won't affect your health but can cause allergic reaction due to heat (red itchy rashes)
