Hi M, your only way out at the moment is to stop masturbating full stop, your bodt needs a complete break.
Try this for a start just do an 8 week break fr0m masturbating and any sexual contact, this is just a start for bebooting your body and why you doing this get your self on some multi vits, eat healthy, no fast or junk foods, to much salt and sugar in them, any time you fill like masturbating just go and do something, anywere public if its during the day, at night go make a drink and do anything but masturbate.
And when your 8 weeks are up then come back to me, even email me, and let me know hoe your doing then.

How frequently are you masturbating? Once a day or so generally doesn't cause pain, but if it is much more than that then a bit of soreness and throbbing is not unusual.
