Probably you mean you are squirting. Some woman discharges after sex. It is not semen. Many woman enjoy squirting. Google squirting by women and learn the details.
You're a woman in your 40s. You should know that women don't produce sperm. Only men produce sperm. Women have eggs. When a sperm from a man is propelled inside a woman's vagina and it meets a woman's egg, that is how conception occurs. Nine months later a baby is born. That's how it works.
