What if a woman tries to stimulate your manhood to erect soon after sex? Does that mean she is not satisfied ro just hungry for more.

Once you Orgasm/ ejaculate, you require half an hour to get a proper erection. If she continue sexual play, it indicates she had not enough satisfaction.

I would have to assume, since I don't konw either of you, or what you do for foreplay, that either your woman need more sex, or she just delights in playing with you, in either case I would love what she is doing it for. So why not ask?

No, not necessarily. She may have been satisfied but would like to be intimate again. Or yes, she may not have had an orgasm. It's important to communicate with your partner. Ask if she's been satisfied and if she has not then can make sure she is.
