She cannot vomit because of getting fingered. She either, like Mollyrae said, doesn't want to see you again or maybe she just has gotten sick at an awkward moment. If she is honestly telling the truth, tell her to see a doctor.

Hi Keith:

Well, in my opinion...she is telling you that she doesn't want to see you anymore. In respects of the vomiting, she is really telling you that she doesn't want to see you anymore. Maybe this isn't your best quality.

Maybe next time you should find another forum to post in. I'm sure Men's Health is a good place to start.
