this is the way you can help yourself with the size of penis...
1. stop masturbating frequently thinking that it will increase your size (it doesnt)
2. apply warm natured oil, example, almond oil (badam ka tel), til ka tel and massage with light hands (fingers , as if u are pampering) NOTE : DONT MASTURBATE
after you do this for 2 weeks, start pulling it and keep pulling till it get erect... then let it loose and then again pull, do this for 3 weeks,... within 5 weeks you will gain ATLEAST 1 inch.

There is no effective method of increasing the size of your penis, except maybe surgery. I don't even know if surgery is really successful, and I'm sure there are problems and side-effects that are not good.
There are a lot of con-men who will happily sell you products that claim to increase penis size - pills, creams, mechanical devices. If you are lucky, all they will do is take your money. If you are unlucky, they may have some unpleasant effects or cause damage to your penis, causing it pain or not to work properly. What they will not do is make it bigger (at least not without serious damage).
