my penis is not 100% erect when excited,its tilted towards my left,will i have problem during sex,is this problem solvable

Sometimes a man can have what's called Peyronie's Disease. This is when some sort of trauma causes damage to one of the two chambers that fill with blood during an erection. There is scar in that side which means less blood on that side. This causes the erection to curve. Usually the curve is enough to interfere with intercourse and has to be surgicall corrected. (I think this is what the response above is talking about).
If your curve is normal for you it shouldn't be a problem. The vagina is very flexible (a baby can come through it) and can accomadate penises of all shapes and sizes, straight and curved. Once you've had sex you'll be able to tell if the curve is sever enough to be fixed.
