If it's bugging you that much, see either a dermotologist or just go to a free clinic in your area. You saying you're not having sex tells me that they're in your genital area. It might just be skin tags. They're nothing special and really don't do anything. It could be warts, when you rub your finger over the area, are the bumps hard? Do they feel rough or smooth?

smooth, they are not rough, not really hard but not soft either, they are only in my skin and yes theese are located on the shaft

Most likely could be warts. Without actually examining you, I couldn't know for sure. Ask a doctor who can actually see the bumps and feel them.

Anything can cause warts. People have them all over their bodies. Excessive rubbing and other things can cause caluses, and caluses can give way to warts. Just go see a doctor, to make sure that it's not something serious like cancer.

The virus that causes genital warts can remain in your system from months to years before showing symptoms, not having had sex in the immediate time before your breakouts shouldn't disqualify the prospect of genital warts.

Also, is there a reason you can't see a doctor for a few weeks?  There's tons of free clinics that you can visit to get diagnosed and treated (www.stdsolve.com/find-clinics.php).  If they are warts, you're better of treating them sooner than later, so they don't grow or spread to other parts of your genitals.

mainly just cos i cant drive yet, i dont wanna ask my parents... genital warts are only spread via sex is this rite? ive only had  sex with my GF who im still with, always with a condom, and she has never had anything... if you look at the pictures it shows you exactly what i have, they are about 2mm or smaller, they start on my scrotum, where a hair is a bump will be, till they come to my shaft where there are a few bumps, in 2 clusters, ive searched images of warts and they dont look the saem as what i have... no dischare comeout of these, and they are only in the skin....
