redness an sore raphe line

on my penis literrerly between my bellend an penis there is a piece of skin sort of thing an after having sex with my girl friend it has gave me a lot of pain wen i roll down my foreskin or when it rubs, its red.
i have hurd of a friend which his tore, but he is fine now an has no more problems.
how can i go forward from here...?
