sex help..low LH..FSH AND TESTOSTERONE LEVELS and ED

hi
i have very low FSH ,LH and testosterone level due to which i have ED problem..but i have complete erection..the sensitivity of penis is low.what should i do..is there any medicine without side effects..
how long it take to treat and what is the treatment for it
can i recover with natural food(daily diet)
2...i have a thyroid operation.there was small lymph on glade and dr removed it by operation...but my thyroid level is ok.
3 ..once dr gave a medicine xatral sr 5 ..due to which i got side effect and my nerves of penis become soft and now they r quite well after passing 1.5 years..that is why i m afraid of taking medicine.is there any natural why of making penis nerves much strong
4...what is the normal ,,how many time should i masturbate in a week
5..does love toys like light flesh (rubber *****) is ok to use.
