You have referred to Kegel exercise. kegeling each other while doing intercourse, creates a different type of sensations culminating in full body orgasm.Normally orgasm is confined to genitals only. where as with deer exercise and kegel exercise there is full body orgasm. when a man kegels,(contract pc muxcle) the movement of penis is vertical, giving altogether new sensageions and when woman kegels, she contracts her vaginal muscles intensely. This results in full body orgasm.I have just elaborated on your message. thanks for sharing info.

I concur with Dalubaba's advice.

Regular excercise of the pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle, which is a hammock-like muscle (found in both sexes) can increase sexual sensation and is good for general sexual health - if done regularly.

Best wishes

After ejaculation, it takes time at least half an hour to arouse your penis.  In intercourse, the girl should try to be aroused and the boy should try to calm himself to avoid premature ejaculation. To enhance your and your partner's sexual stamina do deer exercise for man and woman. Google male deer exercise and female deer exercise. Both of you can do this exercise helping each other before doing intercourse. If you find it to be good you may do it routinely.
