The best course is to consult urologist or gynecologist. You may try abdominal breathing. Google it and learn the technique. practice it for 10 minutes twice a day. Do this type of breathing when you do intercourse. You may also do female deer exercise. Google it. This will help you to know your sexual arousal zone. This could be a treatment as well as self pleasure tool.If there is no gynecolodical problem, the above techniques will help you.

^ good idea, about seeking therapy ~ you might find out that you have anxiety issues? But first, you should try talking with your OB/GYN about this problem; she/he can advise you best on what to do...
Taking sleeping pills aren't a great idea, when the time comes that you feel comfortable enough to have a sexual relationship, you want to be alert and awake so that you can enjoy yourself and your partner. :)
