If your urine can come out, and if you can get an erection without pain, your foreskin is probably not going to be an issue.  When you pee and masturbate, does the urine or semen come out in the normal fashion and not balloon your foreskin?

It is not a bad idea to discuss your being unable to retract the skin with your doctor, but seems quite possible you could have sex with it in the forward position if it will stay there and (most important) if ejaculation happens easily.

It is not abnormal to have a foreskin, only in certain parts of the world do men regularly have this removed surgically, when they are babies.

Porn is NO role model for anything about sex.  The women's breasts are surgically enlarged, they have sometimes had their genital lips cut off, they shave their natural pubic hair, the men's bodies are shaved and they are cast for the unusual size of their genitals, and the positions are artificial (as is some of the ejaculation -- they run a tube up the back of the man's penis and squirt body lotion through it and film that as though the man is ejaculating).  It's all aritifice and what someone thinks looks most photogenic for porn, it is not about real life.

If you can get an erection without pain and ejaculate without pain, you are probably in good shape.  But talk to your doctor in any case.

In porno you have seen penis without foreskin. they are circumsized. The skin is removed by operation. You may try to withdraw the skin with some lubricant. with few days trial you may succeed. If the problem persist, you will have to go ta a surgeon to remove the skin.Doctor will advice you what to do. Either they will teach you to withdraw your skin or they will remove the skin by simple operation.
