starting Birth Control Pills.

by Hypnoash6, Dec 23, 2008 08:40PM
I just got a prescription for Yaz birth control pills which I have taken in the past. Do I have to wait until my period or can I just start them now. Im in the middle of my cycle right now. I ask because whenever I have started birth control pills when Im having my period , it will last longer then a regular period and I get alot of spotting after. If maybe I start them now when Im not having my period I wont have as much spotting and a long period?

Thanks! Happy Holidays
