testicle pain

Having a dull pain in my left testicle which comes and goes, sometimes its on both sides and occasionally a pain near my left hip. Been on and off for about 3 weeks. What could be the cause and should i see a doctor?

Hi Baxter been doing any heavy lifting over this period of time, as this could just be a strain, it should pass soon from what you are saying.
