tiny white dots on penis head diagnosed as nothing.....

So I recently noticed some white dots on my oenis glans just the side of uretha opening. They are white and are only really totally obviously if I stretch the skin out.... Otherwise they kinda hide in the creases as their so small. There is one on its own and then a few mm down there appears to be 3 in a small cluster / triangle shape.
I went to see my doctor and she said it just looked like iritation and possibly a bit of thrush. A week later I was still stressing about it and went back and she asked why I was so worried and I said I was worried incase they were warts and her reply was "no their not warts. I fact genital warts don't even look like that"
They are whitish looking and litter able about the size of a full stop. Does anyone have any ideas wether this is infact normal or wether they could be warts that she's just missed?
Please someone reassure me as I'm losing my mind over it.
Thanks

Okay last update. I went to the clinic again yesterday as I was still getting worked up over my bumps.
The doctor said they don't look anything warts (same as the other 3 doctors) and that they may just be normal skin variations or where iv caused a slight injury and my constant checking may be stopping it from healing.  She also said if they were warts they'd of grown a lot bigger in the ten weeks since I noticed them (their the size of a pen tip and have never changed) and also said if I ignored them and forgot about them they'd go away.
I think now that 4 docs (2 of them being sti specialists who spend all day looking at penises) have all said nothing to worry about its now time to put it to bed. Thanks for reading.

Had a look in the shower the other day and the white bumps are still there but I'm just kinda thinking to myself three doctors have looked at it now (one of them being an sti specialist) and have all said either iritation or skin blemishes so I'm just going to ignore it from now on.

So I'm currently sat outside my local sti clinic after going for a checkup to put my over thinking mind at ease once and for all and after the lady had a good look round my oenis she asked me to show her what I was worried about. I pointed it out and she smiled and said "I can tell you 100 percent their not warts.... their just little skin blemishes" so I said but can you see the three clustered together? And she said "yep, just skin blemishes" I'm so happy! Iv been stressing about these for 6 weeks now and I can finally get on with enjoying my life again with my familly :)

It's still there but some days it's practically invisible and others it's a lot more obvious especially when stretched. I think after seeing 2 doctors and them both saying it's nothing I should just chill out now unless it gets any bigger. It really is tiny and when viewed from the side it doesn't poke up

It must be just a self healing temporary irritation. If you get the same ereupted again you may visit the doctor again.

Just had a look whilst in the shower and also noticed one that looks pretty much the same on the other side of the opening too. So I'm thinking maybe their right and it's just a bit of iritation or thrush? Surely it'd be a big coincidence to have wart on either side of the head in around the same locations at the same time?

Managed to get a second opinion with a different doc just now. I couldn't even find them to show him properly because of the lighting in the room but he had a good look himself and just said he didn't see anything that looked like warts. Just glands that were a bit inflamed because of iritation or a little bit of thrush. I took a thrush tablet last night and iv jut had a look after I got home and they defiantly look smaller.

If there was any warts I'm sure one of the two doctors iv seen would of noticed them right?

And if I squeeze the head to fill it with blood their not really visable neither. So only really noticeable if I stretch the skin but not with erection or when pumped full o blood
