vaginal fluid
Is it normal to have a large amount of clear fluid drip out of your vagina during sexual intercourse without any ejaculation fluid present?   Also have large mass in back of vagina, not painful

About 5% of all women are known as "ejaculators." During orgasm a clear, water-like fluid is ejaculated out of glands surrounding the urethra (where urine comes out). We don't know why some women do this. It is known that the fluid contains soee of the same chemicals as semen, specifically those produced by the prostate gland in males. Itr's also known that it is not urine. This leads many researchers to believe that some women develop tissue surrounding the urethra that is similar to the prostate. (Remember, males and females develop from the same tissue, what becomes the scrotum inmales becomes the vulva in females, the penis and the clitoris, etc.).

It sounds as though you are one of the 5%. Just enjoy it as another visible sign of your pleasure.
