very little semen produce

Hi i'm 29 yeas old guy, So 3 years back i was married and i have one daughter as well. when i do a sex normally semen releasing, no issues with that. i feel very well.

but now i'm alone here, my wife is in home country. i didn't do any sex last two or 3 months if i do a handshake releasing a  very little semen?

why is that? what is the reason. i want to know that? after two month i did the shake and i noticed semen released very less, even second day also i tried, again same. till now i didn't use any tablets.
