Hi.

I honestly don't know what it is you're referring to when you ask if it's possible for a woman to "come" out of her "butt." I'll take a stab at it though: Perhaps you're referring to the contractions you feel during orgasm. Did you know that these contractions occur not only around the clitoral area, but also in the vagina and around the anus? That's right; you can feel contractions around that whole area during orgasm. So perhaps that's what you're referring to? Dr. J
