Hello.

I'm sorry for the above unsubstantiated opinion, because it is inaccurate and could frighten you. What you're experiencing is not "really, really weird" at all. And there's no such thing as "sperm leakage."

However, having orgasms at the gym in public: embarrassing, right? Statistically, at 19, you're in the midst of your prime sexual years. Generally, at this age, your hormones are raging, and you'll experience lots of erections as well as sleep orgasms. If you aren't being sexual with yourself or with a partner--in other words, if you're not having orgasms, it's definitely possible that you'll experience some during physical activity. Gotta got that stuff out somehow!

Have an orgasm before you work out, and see if this makes a difference. My guess is that after a few times, you'll notice a lessening of those spontaneous orgasms.

However, if nothing changes, make an appointment for an exam with a urologist to determine whether there is any physiological or medical cause for this. It's rare, but may be fairly easy to treat. Best of luck. Dr. J

This is really very weird. I never heard something like that before.
Anyway I guess masturbating before starting your workout session might help you.
Usually if you are doing a big physical effort, erection is usually very hard to have.
Are you ejaculating with an erect penis? Or is it rather some sperm leakage?
If it is a sperm leakage it is better that you visit a doctor.

I know that I am not a proffessional but what i said was pretty much true. Actually we both advised him to masturbate (have orgasm ) before working out, and visit a doctor if the problem persists.
But the guy is saying that he is ejaculating without having an erection.
Could you please try to explain this? Because I actually don't know about this.
Thank you for your help :)
