Is his swollen testicle my fault?

This morning I noticed my husband's right testicle is swollen - it is definitely larger than his left.  History lesson:  I guess you could say my husband enjoys a bit of S&M as he enjoys some pain.  I often hold his scrotum in my hand and gently squeeze his testicle with ever increasing intensity - until I'm really squeezing it pretty hard.  I haven't done this in the past week or two, but when I touched him this morning I noticed the difference in size.  I'd suggest maybe I bruised him last time, but as I said, I'm pretty sure I haven't done this recently enough.

My question:  I'm wondering what the swelling could mean...if it's 'common'...if it will go away...???  He said it's not painful...

Pam:

Sure, you may have bruised or irritated his testicle; however, no one can answer questions about a medical condition without a thorough physical examination. If your husband's swelling persists, he should see his doctor because there are several conditions that might be the cause other than just rough handling.
