Is it a yeast infection?

I recently started sleeping with a new boyfriend, after the first time of intercourse, I got a UTI. I went to the doctor and got antibiotics, and it cleared up. However three weeks later the UTI symptoms came back, it is really uncomfortable, there is a little itching, and the discharge is white, but not too thick and chunky. Is it possible that my body is reacting to my boyfriend and got a yeast infection? Cause I was monogamous with my previous boyfriend of six years. Or is it the antibiotics? Or something else completely?

I have taken all my medications for the UTI, this was about a month and a half ago. What I am saying is that three weeks later is when the UTI symptoms came back, I have drank plenty of water and cranberry juice. Now the pain during urination is gone, but my urine is smelling really strong. There is a little burning after the urine comes out, not in my uretha. I don't have an abnormal discharge, there is a little bit of an itch, and there is no smell, like I have heard there is with some STDs.  My new bf has been abstinate for a year before me and before me he only had a couple of girlfriends that were not sexual. Please help me. I do not understand why my urine would be smelling so strong....

your new bf needs to go get tested... if you keep getting reinfected then he might have UTI or another type of infection....

take all of your antibiotics even if you feeling better and get him tested,,, dont sleep with him unprotected until you do
