Left Testicle retracts into body at orgasm

I masterbate about 1-5 times a week, for starters, and when i am masterbating, i orgasm fine, and ejaculate fine, but more often than not my left testicle retracts up into my body at the point of orgasm. It has a slight pain/ feels funny/ uncomfortable, and it feels like this after im done for anywhere to a few minutes to a few hours. My left testicle is also a little smaller than my right. Im also 17.
I'm worried that if i dont get help soon, or find out that its ok, that i may screw something up for later on down the road
Thank you for any help.

It's happened to me after intercourse with my wife. I just push it back out with my hand.

Are you due for a yearly physical?  I would call your doctor and make an appointment and let him know what is happening.  Dont be embarrased or ashamed to talk about it with your doctor.  You are not the first or the last person to experience this kind of an issue.  Good luck.
