Looking for advice

Hi,

My age is 28 and male. I use to do masturbation for last 6/7 years generally once a week. My problem is that I can not stay more than 45 sec after I have excited in masturbation. I know that generally sex stay for 3/4 minutes. And Still I do not sex with anyone.

Now my question is, is it possible for me to satisfy my partner or this is my disability.

Thanks for ur advice.

This is not a disability, You can learn to last longer.. What you should do is to discipline yourself not to move immediately to orgasm while you are masturbating. Start, and resist the impulse to continue. Let your excitement die down for awhile- turn on the tv or something to distract yourself. Then start again. See if this start and stop can add seconds, until you feel you have a little more control. Also , google the "squeeze technique" on line, That will show you a way to gently squeeze the head of the penis so that you slow down ejaculation- and again get more control. Its very easy and usually effective. Just holding the thumb and forefinger underneath the head of the penis and squeezing a bit until the erection subsides slightly- and then starting again, Should help you gain more control over time!  Pepper Schwartz, Phd.
