When did i get pregnant?

Last year in on June 1, 2005, I met this new guy. We had intercourse on the 4th.  On June 23, my urine pregnancy test was Positive. I do not remember getting a menstrual in June at all.  I believe, but am not sure that my LMP was 5/5/2005. Now I have a little girl, who do not know her father and feel this new guy is the dad. When was my conception date? The sonogram was giving me 2 weeks over what my due date should be. I gave birth to my daughter Jan 31, 2006, my sonogram gave to due dates, 2/10/06 and 3/1/06. Which one is correct, is this man I'm claiming to be the father is he really her dad.  Im so confused and yes I had two other partners also. I counted back the dates from the sono and it points toward this new guy. Is it posible for the urine pregnancy test to come back positive after 19 day after intercourse. I need to know so I wont claim the wrong guy for being the father of my daughter.

Also, just to elaborate:

If your last period was May 5th and you did not have sex with the new guy until June 4th, then unless you have irregular periods then it is unlikely that he is the father.

Only a paternity test will tell.

The great news is that you don't have to speculate.  Get a paternity test done ASAP.  This is the only way to know the truth.

I am not a gynecologist and so I can't answer this question-- but here's another way to think about it. It is crucial you know who the Dad is and the only way you can know is a DNA test. I believe you should tell the guy the truth- you think it's him- you are not sure and you want him to take the DNA test. If he refuses, a court can make it mandatory that he take it. Really, this is the ONLY way you will know for sure. If it is not him, you can try the other guys. The biological father should know- and your child needs to know. This is not a time for trying to figure out exact days of conception-- it is too variable for that. What you need is irefutable evidence and this will require the not too pleasant necessity of telling this guy ( or these guys) that you need the test to determine paternity.  There is too much at stake here to be coy or shy or dishonest about the situation. Go to your best hunch and if it isn't him- go to the others. The court will help you in this search if need be...
