cold sweats after sex

my girlfriend pointed out to me that sometimes after sex i feel really cold even though im sweating...i was wondering why this might be, im worried it may be heart related. we are very active usually have atleast 1 encounter per day and sometimes the encounters last for a prolonged period of time....ranging from 20 or 30 minutes to a few hours. im a college student who dont eat a very healthy diet and other than sex with my girlfriend i dont get very much physical activity. My mother has had heart disease as well so that combined with my diet and lack of excersize outside the bedroom causes me concern when she tells me my body is very cold even though its hot in the room and we are both sweating.....any feedback would be greatly appreciated
