What could be the reason that we can't have any penetration sex?  If we try I bleed for apx 4-5 days. (more like spotting, but I hurt! so bad!) Oral sex is okay, but I even cramp after that. I must admit that I haven't seen a gyn in apx 10 years. I am so afraid they will want me to have surgery! If you could give me any advice, and I have a feeling you will tell me to get in to see a gyn.

You are your own worst enemy. I'm completely baffled about your medical history, because I don't understand your references; however, I can't give you any advice--and neither can anyone else.

You MUST see a gynecologist. And the good news is that it's not necessarily true that surgery is indicated. In fact, it may be something quite simple and easy to treat. You're scaring yourself for nothing. If your sexuality is important to you as well as your relationship, you'll get this taken care of. See a gynecologist who specializes in pain issues--and do it now. Best of luck to you. Dr. J
