You HAVE to see your doctor for the abortion pill (mifepristone)... and very soon. You only have a fairly short time to take it, and if you wait too long, you'll have to have a surgical abortion. Either way you're going to have to see your doctor, so I think you're way better off going NOW and getting it over with. If money's an issue, you can also go to Planned Parenthood.
emma scared or not you must go. think what will happen if you just wait it out because of fear? if you choose to not keep this baby then time is important. if you choose to keep it then you need prenatal visits. either way you were responsible enough to have sex, you need to be responsible to get to the dr. get out the phone book. look up the family planning clinic or whatever they call in where you live and get in. what is the fear? dont wait do it today.
Mifepristone can be used to prevent fertilization, but it has to be taken in the first 72hours after sex. It is also prescribed in higher doses to end a pregnancy if you are already pregnant. However you must be 8 weeks (2months) or less. If you are more than 8 weeks pregnant, you will have to have a surgical abortion. Good luck!
