my hands are cramping
Lately when my boyfriend and I make love, my hands start tingling, and starting to feel sorta numb, then they start cramping really badly, and become extrememly painful, even up my forearms, then they become fixed in this non natural shape until we stop. I have never had this happen before in the past. It's really got me worried. Can you please help?

My guess is that when you are getting very excited, you are flexing your muscles very hard and over taxing them. Try consciously relaxing your hands, and if you need muscle tension to have an orgasm, transfer that tension just to your legs. If you can't seem to relax and the cramping continues, go see a doctor and see if its related to some other medical issue.
Sounds like you may be pinching a nerve somewhere. Try changing positions and see if that helps.
