Hello

There are no guarantees; however, what you describe is low-risk. BUT: there are sperm in the solution that men secrete prior to ejaculation, and all it takes is one sperm to create a pregnancy.

My advice to you is first, get an early home pregnancy kit and test and second, don't get anywhere near sperm until you're using risk reduction (condoms, spermicide, etc.). Letting your partner rub his penis near your vagina can be quite risky, because it's difficult to know whether you've been exposed to sperm. Dr. J

You will be fine.. precum usually only has sperm if the guy has hasn't urinated since last time he came to flush out the pipes, it is highly unlikely sperm makes it from your underwear to a egg, even if the spem did make it that far you would have to be ovulating within the next 5 days. Make sure you use protection.

It’s possible for you to get pregnant without having sexual intercourse (penetration) if, for example:

sperm get into your vagina, for example, if you or your partner have semen or pre-ejaculate on your fingers and touch your vagina
your partner ejaculates near your vagina
your partner’s erect penis comes into contact with your body near your vagina

The risk of getting pregnant in this way is very low because sperm can only live for a short time outside the body. However, if you’re not planning a pregnancy, it’s important to know that it’s possible to get pregnant in this way.
