What are the chances of someone, who suddenly stopped taking birth control, getting pregnant by a alcoholic?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Pregnancy occurs when an egg is penetrated by sperm, which results in fertilization, segmentation and implantation. It's not related to alcohol.

If someone isn't using contraception or effective birth control, then that someone is risking pregnancy.

You need to take responsbility for your sexual health and learn more about pregnancy, etc. if you're going to be engaging in sexual activity that puts you at risk for pregnancy or infection. Here's a good place to start:
