unable to fully comprehend what you're asking but if your wife is shorter I suggest having her on her knees at the edge of the bed while you stand up. Also, if both of you are standing she can try bending forward a little further though you might have to bend your knees because you'rre taller. also, you can try on the bed both of you on your knees she will be in front almost sitting on your lap, her back should be fully touching your front side if you do it right. the last one takes a little practice if you're not limber enough. Um, it sounds like you want to lengthen the duration of sex with different positions I suggest local bookstore lots of books on that. circumcised penis is more exposed but it shouldnt feel too different. i'm not sure.
