Blood in Snot

So I have been in Missouri for about a week now. When I exited the plane I had a very sharp pain on the left side of my face above my brow and for a moment affected my eye. The pain disapated but I had a congested feeling with slight pain in what I believe is my frontal sinus. As time went on in varied in moments it was fine then pain was back but a tolerable amount. Every time I would run it’s clear up but of course it would come back but less pain each time. Today I woke up and hocked up a blood loogie, I have no pain just feel a bit of pressure on my forehead.
